To manage and settings marketing plans for Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiaries to achieve highest targets in compliance with company requirements and policies.

Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives.
Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects for Ezdan Holding Group.
Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans.
Establish and grow a target market share.
Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives.
Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events.
Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts.
Work with new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives.
Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines for the group.
May oversee the operation of a company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review.
Provides other support to direct manager, as may require from time to time.
At least more than 10+ years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above.
Proven record of designing and launching mega marketing campaign with reputable/international companies.
Bachelor and/or Masteral Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing or Marketing or any equivalent.
-Specialized studies in Marketing is preferable.
Setting the marketing plans for malls marketing, properties sales, development partnerships and leasing in line with Ezdan’s overall strategy.
Responsible for the design digital, outdoor and print campaigns for Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiaries.
Devise social/digital media content campaigns, including the use of videos with focus on programmatic data driven planning.
Manage the sales campaigns processes to achieve assigned targets.
Contribute towards success for Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiaries.
Produce direct mail, print ads and digital marketing pieces.
Setting seasonal, periodical and selective marketing campaigns for Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiaries.
Develop policies, processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the delivery of marketing campaign targeted outcomes.
Creation of annual brand marketing communications plan and supervision of execution.
Ability and experience in growth-driven communications plan and supervision of execution.
Analyse and report on ROI per campaign.
Asses and revamp our collateral marketing materials.
Create and master an AI platform and harnessing its capabilities to drive lead generation.
Collaborate with and oversee the efforts of marketing for Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiaries.
Evaluate and identify social and other digital media tools in regards to their effectiveness.
Devise ways to reduce marketing costs and at the same time improve brand awareness/ recognition.
Prepare annual marketing budget and monitor performance against the same for Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiaries.
Evaluate, optimize, and drive results of the following:
- Social Media – Strategy, execution, growth.
- Ecommerce – Website optimizations and increased conversions to achieve sales targets.
- Performance Marketing – Supervise and optimize campaigns for paid social and search, including budget management.
- Content Creation – ensure quality creation and optimal execution of branded content (videos, photos, etc.) across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent writing, speaking and reading skills and the ability to present his views in a clear and compelling manner in English and Arabic and vice versa.
Knowledge in expense management, profit and loss statement is preferable.
Familiarity with creative side of marketing and design is preferable.
